Here are highlights OF the 40 Day Challenge.
1.This is about sacrifice. You will be doing things that are difficult and really takes effort to do.
2. You will have a required amount of cardio based on what your goals are.
3. Everyone is required to attend their regular training sessions and do the group training allotted for the 40 days. TBA.
If you miss a session, you will be required to make it up at your own costs. Those that only do twice a week may purchase
a third or additional classes for $40 during the 40 day challenge.
4. I will be giving a food list from which you will choose certain items for the day.
5. You will have to be prepared with a method to carry your food with you daily which will be a sacrifice in itself.
6. You will also be required to drink a certain amount of water. PLAIN WATER!!!
7. You will only have ONE cheat day (SUNDAY ONLY). This means that any events during the week can not be exchanged for
your normal cheat day. Get it out of your system on Sunday but don't go overboard.
8. We will combine certain hours for an extended class. For example, the 5am and 6am will be combined for a master class
from 5am to 6:45am. This will count as one regular session. Everyone must agree to share this time.
9. Prizes will be awarded in three different categories.
A) The person who loses the most body fat. B) The person that reaches their personal goals.
C) The person that the group chooses as the best team player.
10. Each person will be given a task to do for the 40 days that they normally would not do. For example, if you usually don't do your entire cardio on your workout day now you will complete it before you leave the gym. Yes, you might have to get to the gym earlier than usual.
11. You will have your body fat and weight measured on or before February 18, 2015. Times to be announced.
